Spain rises to 4 of 5 the terrorist alert

USPA NEWS - The Spanish government on Friday raised to Level 4 of 5 terrorist alert in the country after the attacks in France, Tunisia and Kuwait -against one Spaniard hotel-, and the proximity of the first anniversary of the Islamic State.
