The French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius visits Iran today, and meets the President of Republic of Iran, Hassan Rouhani, intending to begin a new diplomacy in the evolving of Iran deal's process. This noticed visit will help surely boost bilateral relations between France and Iran.

IRAN - ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION 2231 (2015) OF THE SECURITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED NATIONS - STATEMENT BY LAURENT FABIUS
This is great news for France, for Iran and for the world of diplomacy, marked by the official visit by a French minister in Iran for 12 years. On the eve of his visit to Tehran, the first by a French foreign minister, Laurent Fabius has published an article in the "Iran Daily".
CONTEXT OF IRAN DEAL FROM THE FRENCH PERSPECTIVE-------------------------------------------------------------------
The United Nations Security Council adopted resolution 2231, endorsing the recent agreement in Vienna between Iran and the powers of the E3 + 3 on the nuclear issue. This decision is an important step in the implementation of our Global Action Plan. Its unanimous adoption is good news.
 The historical significance of this agreement, the major role played by three European powers (France, UK and Germany) and the coordinating role endorsed by the High Representative have been welcomed by the Foreign Affairs Council of the European Union. (French Minister of Foreign Affairs)
THE FRENCH PRESIDENT HOLLANDE PHONED HASSAN ROHANI LAST WEEK-------------------------------------------
The President of the Republic spoke with Mr. Hassan Rouhani, President of the Republic of Iran. They welcomed the agreement reached in Vienna on July 14. They examined all the conditions for its implementation. They agreed to strengthen bilateral cooperation in this new context. The visit to Iran by Mr Laurent Fabius on July 29 is intended to initiate this development. The President of the Republic wished that Iran contributes positively to the resolution of crises in the Middle East.----------------------------------------------------The Iranian President Rohani will visit France in November.
