It was announced on June 10, the release of a new children's picture book titled Aquila The Eagle: Welcome Aquila by author Yaa Asabea Boafo and illustrator Dennis Owusu-Ansah. The highly visual work of fiction will guide young readers through the birth of a golden eagle who will develop a relationship with two siblings and take them on an adventure in the subsequent series of the book. In this first edition, Welcome Aquila teaches the virtue of patience to all readers.
Yaa Asabea Boafo and Dennis Owusu-Ansah's treatment of this work of adventure combines strong visual and verbal messages that make Aquila The Eagle: Welcome Aquila a comprehensive, yet powerful tool for communicating an intriguing story to young new readers.
